Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to create your account, keep your session secure, connect your TradeLocker account, and display strategies, positions, balance, PnL, and alerts. If MetaTrader is enabled in the future, this policy will be updated before requesting data for that connector.
- Email, encrypted password, and language preference.
- Strategy settings, bot capital, risk limits, and active plan.
- Operational events such as signals, orders, execution errors, and connection status.
Broker credentials
Credentials, tokens, and keys used to execute orders are encrypted at rest. Vortek does not custody your funds; your capital remains at the broker or funding account you connect.
Use and sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when required to process payments, deliver support, send notifications, comply with law, or protect the platform from abuse.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@vortek.site. We may retain limited records when required for legal, anti-fraud, or operational security reasons.
